Hotel was very well decorated, my first opinion was that it was a very expensive hotel & looked very up-market. Plenty of lifts to access all floors and the rooms are very spacious with everything you need.
Only one drawback, but it applies to all hotels we have stayed in on this holiday, there is no kettle in the room

The overall experience was excellent, The cook to order breakfast was outstanding. Enjoyed the spacious rooms. Also enjoyd the courtyard. The hot tub was wonderful.
The pool was too cold. Would like more tv stations for kids. What about flat screen tv's?

The Prime Rib dinner was quite a pleasant surprise after a long drive. Try to make it to happy hour later if you can.

Very comfortable bed.
Pool - Very small. Spa - Worked but it had problems with the Air Pumps so it wasn't a good feeling. Breakfast - Busy with many people (I was on the long weekend) and very small variety of things

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the comfortable beds, made returning to the hotel a real pleasure after long days of exploring the nearby Village Greens Park and discovering local eateries like New York Deli News just a short walk away.

I just love the split room suites for privacy and comfort. No other hotels can match their comfort for the price.
Room was too hot at night. But easily solved by opening the exterior slide.

This is an excellent facility for a family visiting Denver. It provides a wonderful start to the day with a terrific breakfast. Every member of the staff we came in contact with was pleasant and upbeat. The pool was nice (although the spa was not operating most of our stay). The rooms were pleasant, the showers hot, the towels and beds clean. Although we were most often not there for the evening reception, we thought it a lovely gesture and the two evening we were there, we enjoyed a glass of wine in the lovely intimate dining area. A very pleasant stay, we will return.
My only negative comment is they need to replace the mattress on the couch bed. We have three children so had one of the two-room suites which was great. However, I slept on the couch with my youngest and the mattress was really not good. It is old enough the springs poke one. I suspect mostly kids sleep there but it wasn't comfy even for my 3 year old.
